CAR T Vision to Action Blueprint
A practical plan to expand patient access to CAR T-cell therapy
The CAR T Vision to Action Blueprint provides an expert-informed plan to help stakeholders address persistent barriers to patient access and sustain and expand the delivery of CAR T-cell therapy in the United States and Europe.
As CAR T-cell therapy broadens to new indications, the Blueprint focuses on priority actions across awareness and referral, treatment capacity, and sustainable financing, providing a shared foundation for coordinated action across the CAR T ecosystem.
Developed with input from more than 65 multidisciplinary experts, the Blueprint provides:
- Clear, actionable interventions that stakeholders can adopt to address access challenges, especially as its use broadens to new indications;
- Real-world examples and case studies demonstrating how access challenges are being addressed in practice, and to inspire action and adaptation by stakeholders across the CAR T ecosystem;
- Indicators the CAR T Vision coalition will use to measure and report progress annually.
The Blueprint is accompanied by the Vision to Action Toolkit, designed to help stakeholders identify priority actions, engage partners, and develop locally tailored solutions to increase patient access to CAR T-cell therapy.

Tools and guidance to help stakeholders use the CAR T Vision Blueprint’s resources and expertise to develop locally tailored plans that increase patient access to CAR T‑cell therapy.
CAR T Vision invites stakeholders to use the Blueprint to strengthen existing policies and drive practical solutions, with the goal of helping ensure every eligible patient has the opportunity for cure with CAR T-cell therapy.
